Rocio Carballo was born and raised in Tyler, TX and after living there for 20 years, she moved to San Antonio, TX to attend Latin American Bible Institute. After graduating from LABI in 2009, Rocio attended Southwestern Assemblies of God University where in 2010 she graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Church Ministries.

Throughout the course of her ministry, Rocio has been a part of a several church plants, as well as a teacher at a Bible School, and a speaker at various events and church services.

Today, alongside her husband George Carballo, together they serve as the District Youth Directors for Texas Louisiana Youth Ministries. She is also currently in the process of obtaining her credentials with the Assemblies of God. In addition to ministry, Rocio also works as a social worker in her community. Her desire is to see every person encounter the love of God and fulfill their purpose in life.

George and Rocio reside in Houston, TX and have a fur baby named Osito Carballo.
